"Issue never really got fixed"
I had an issue with my order and thought it would be a quick fix. It was just one of those small things that should’ve been easy to look up, especially since I sent the order number and all the details right away.
The replies took a while, and each time it felt like I was starting over. I kept re-explaining the same exact part, which item it was, what was wrong, even the date it happened, and it seemed like nobody was actually reading the previous messages.
By the end, the solution they gave me still didn’t really match the problem, and I was too worn out to keep going back and forth. It all felt messy for something that should’ve been straightforward, so I wouldn’t use them again.

I was disappointed with the overall fit and finish, the edges felt rough, there were gaps all over the place, and the finish just looked rushed and kind of cheap like not much care went into it

"Packaging was really disappointing"
I was annoyed when this showed up. I’d already been charged and didn’t really get any update, then the box arrived crushed and everything inside felt loose. Not a great experience.

The stuff looked decent enough, but the prices had me feeling like these jokers were trying to pull a fast one. I found similar options for less elsewhere, so for me, the value just wasn’t there.

I tried to return it under warranty, but they really didn’t seem interested in helping. Maybe it’s just my gut feeling, but the whole thing felt way more difficult than it needed to be.

I ordered something because the site showed it was in stock, but then my order got delayed because it apparently wasn’t available after all. Frustrating. I also ended up going back and forth with support, kind of stuck in a loop without a clear answer, which made it even more annoying. I just wish the inventory on the site was kept more up to date

"Not quite the quality I was expecting"
I ordered a rifle stock from Red Hawk Rifles and, compared to other stocks I’ve bought in the same price range, this one didn’t feel quite as polished. It showed up with a couple rough spots in the finish, and while the overall fit was usable, it wasn’t as clean as I was hoping for.
I was able to make it work, but I had to sand down some edges and one of the screw holes seemed just a little off. It wasn’t a complete mess or anything, but for the money, I expected it to be closer to ready-to-go out of the box.
Shipping was fine and there were no issues there, but the product itself felt a bit hit or miss. If I were buying another one, I’d probably compare a few other options first before ordering from them again.

I asked a few basic rifle questions and the answers were kind of all over the place. Felt more like they were guessing than actually helping me out. I wouldn’t really feel good trusting that advice if I was buying something serious

I tried placing an order, but the checkout process felt clunky. Maybe it’s just me, but it reminded me of when my mom asks me to help her order things online because the steps aren’t clear. I got a bit confused along the way and didn’t feel great about finishing the purchase. Overall, it just wasn’t a smooth experience.

I waited a while for my custom build and thought it was gonna show up all dialed in, but it just didn’t feel that way. There were little scratches, some gaps that looked kinda uneven, and overall it seemed like nobody really gave it a solid once-over before sending it out.
I tried to not let it bug me too much, but for what I paid, yeah, I was disappointed. Just felt sloppy for a custom job, and I don’t think I’d order another one from them.

It shoots straight and does what I expected, so I’m happy with it. There were a couple small issues, but nothing that really ruined the experience. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid buy, wouldn’t you?

I had a really hard time getting a response when I reached out. I followed up a few times, but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference. The whole experience ended up being frustrating, it left me feeling disappointed enough that I wouldn’t use them again.

I spent some time trying to browse redhawkrifles.com, and it was more annoying than it needed to be. The pages felt slow, the menus weren’t very easy to figure out, and I kept having to click around just to find basic information. It was even worse on my phone, where some things didn’t line up right. I ended up giving up after a while, which feels preventable with a better layout and some site cleanup.

"Decent selection, but, not amazing"
They’ve got some good rifle options, and a few parts I was checking out, but overall, the selection felt a little hit or miss. Some sections had a decent amount to choose from, while others were thin. It wasn’t bad, really, I just expected a bit more.
